ZenoScan is built with your privacy as a core principle. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we never do.

1. Data We Collect

We collect no personal data. ZenoScan operates entirely on your device. Specifically:

• Documents & PDFs — stored locally on your device only. We never upload, transmit, or access your files.
• Signatures & images — processed in memory and saved locally. Never sent off-device.
• Subscription status — managed entirely by Apple. We store a cached flag in your device's Keychain solely to avoid UI flicker. We never see your payment details.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

• No analytics or usage tracking
• No crash reporting services
• No advertising identifiers
• No account registration or login
• No location data

3. Third-Party Services

Apple App Store & StoreKit — subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Apple's Privacy Policy governs payment data. We receive only a confirmation of whether a valid subscription exists.

No other third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, or advertising networks are used.

4. Children's Privacy

ZenoScan does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app contains no features directed at children.

5. Data Security

All document processing happens on-device. Files you create or modify stay in your device's sandboxed storage and are not accessible to other apps without your explicit action (e.g. sharing).

6. Your Rights

Since we hold no personal data, there is nothing to request, export, or delete on our end. You can remove all app data at any time by deleting ZenoScan from your device.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Changes will be reflected in the app with an updated date above. Continued use of ZenoScan after changes constitutes acceptance.
